Jim Henry joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1981 and was admitted to the partnership in 1991. He is currently the San Francisco Managing Partner for PwC and works with several major healthcare and technology clients in Northern California. Jim has held numerous leadership positions with PwC, including serving on the U.S. Leadership Team as the firm’s industries and sectors leader, the U.S. and global health industries leader and co-chair of the Technology Industry Group. Jim helped launch the PwC Health Research Institute, which develops thought leadership on emerging issues in the health industries, and serves on the editorial board of PwC’s Thought Leadership Institute.
Henry serves on the boards of INROADS, Larkin Street Youth Services, Bay Area Council, San Francisco Symphony, SDSU School of Accountancy, UCSF Global Health Group and Bay Area Economic Institute. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. degree in accounting from San Diego State University.
